How Do I Make A Return?

Important Note About Tire Sizes: Our search tool is used to make searching for tires simpler, but your car could have a non-factory or different size than we show. It is the customers responsibility to check the tire size of your car to confirm that this is correct.

Cryptotires only allows free returns on tires which arrive damaged or defective, all other returns are subject to a $100 return fee to cover shipping, and a 15% restocking fee, and must be within a 30-day window from date of sale. It is your responsibility to ensure you are purchasing the correct size and tires that you want.

Do not submit an order until you are sure it’s what you want – in most cases your order cannot be cancelled. If you would like to return the tires that you have purchased, please let our Customer Support Team know and we will initiate the return process.
